Conference Center

The Scranton Hilton offers a variety of meeting spaces – nineteen conference and banquet rooms in all. The conference accommodations include a seventy-five seat amphitheater, the Scranton Board Room, and the Casey Ballroom, which can hold 600 people or more for a banquet or reception. The hotel can also provide video conferencing services if not everyone can make it in person, and will rent audio / visual equipment for presentations. The Scranton Hilton is an approved member of the International Association of Conference Centers and offers one-day or extended meeting packages for gatherings of up to 500 people. These packages can be modified to fit your needs.

The hotel also has everything you need for conference attendees to be comfortable. The rooms and suites are Hilton quality, with king or double beds, phones, color TVs, desks, ironing boards, and coffeemakers. Free wireless high-speed Internet access is available in all meeting areas and in the hotel lobby, and high-speed dataports are available in the guest rooms and suites. The hotel’s business center is open 24 hours.

On-site Dining

When the conference is over for the day, there are plenty of dining and entertainment options for your conference attendees. The hotel includes three restaurants, Trolley’s Bistro, P. J.’s 1910 Pub, and Casey’s Corner.

The Scranton Hilton is a downtown Scranton, PA, hotel, only a short walk from the Mall at Steamtown and the Steamtown National Historic Site. You could also catch a game with the New York Yankees’ AAA team, the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre Yankees, or take “The Office” tour of Scranton.

The Scranton Hilton is also convenient to the airport. The hotel is only 15 minutes’ drive from the Scranton/Wilkes-Barre International Airport, and a shuttle to and from the airport is available for a small fee. The airport has direct flights to Chicago, Philadephia, Charlotte, Detroit, and Newark daily, and one-stopover flights to over 450 destinations worldwide. By ground, the hotel is just off Interstate 81.
